Support
For the Infield mobile app and tryinfield.com
Email hello@tryinfield.com and a person will read it. We answer within one business day. Telling us your account email, your company, and the device you’re on gets you a useful reply the first time.
Getting access
Infield is provisioned rather than self-serve — there is no sign-up screen in the app. An administrator at your company creates your account and sends an invite link, and you set a password from that link before your first sign-in. If you need an account, ask your administrator. If you’re evaluating Infield for a team, request a demo.
Invite link expired, or you can’t sign in
Invite links are single-use and time-limited. If yours no longer works, email us and we’ll issue a new one. If you have an account but forgot the password, use password reset — the link it sends opens straight back into the app.
Voice notes and scanning
Infield records audio only while you hold a voice note open, then transcribes it and files the result against the right account. The camera reads business cards into contacts. Both need permission the first time — if you declined the microphone or camera prompt, iOS keeps that choice until you change it in Settings → Infield.
Recording laws differ by state and country, and some require every participant to consent. That responsibility sits with you; the Terms cover it in full.
Working without signal
Capture keeps working when you lose service — notes, photos, and voice memos are stored on the device and sync once you’re back on a connection. If something looks like it hasn’t synced after you have signal again, open the app and leave it in the foreground for a moment before reporting it.
Reporting content or blocking someone
Notes, photos, and comments are visible to colleagues in your workspace. You can report content or block another user from inside the app. Reports are reviewed and actioned — including removing content and terminating accounts — within 24 hours. For anything urgent, email hello@tryinfield.com.
Billing and seats
Seats are billed to your company, not through the App Store, so there is nothing to manage in your Apple account. To change your seat count or cancel, email us and we’ll action it and prorate where appropriate.
Privacy and deleting your account
The Privacy Policy covers what Infield stores and who processes it. To remove your account and personal data, see Delete your account — it works whether or not you can still sign in. Privacy-specific questions go to hello@tryinfield.com.
