Terms of Service
Last updated: April 22, 2026
By using Infield, you agree to these terms. They cover how the product works, what you can and can't do with it, and how we handle payment and termination.
Your account
You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping credentials secure. One person per seat — seats aren't shareable.
Acceptable use
Don't use Infield to break the law, infringe on others' rights, record conversations without required consent, or disrupt the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that do.
Your data
You own the data you put into Infield. We store and process it on your behalf. You can export or delete it at any time. When your account closes, we retain backups for 30 days and then permanently delete everything.
Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If a charge fails, we'll try again; persistent failure may result in suspension.
Service availability
We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Enterprise plans include an SLA; Team plans do not.
Termination
You can cancel at any time from account settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or that remain inactive for extended periods, with reasonable notice.
Limitation of liability
Infield is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you've paid in the twelve months prior to the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email before they take effect.
