Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 22, 2026

This policy explains what data Infield collects, how we use it, and how we protect it. If anything here is unclear, email privacy@tryinfield.com.

What we collect

Account data. Name, email, company, role, and billing details for paying customers.

Product data. The notes, photos, voice memos, companies, contacts, deals, and tasks you create inside Infield. This is your data — you own it.

Usage data. Anonymized analytics on which screens load, how long requests take, and where errors happen. We use this to fix bugs and prioritize features.

How we use it

We use customer data to operate the product, process voice transcriptions, train the account-specific AI models that personalize note structuring, and provide support. We do not sell customer data. Aggregated, de-identified usage data may be used to improve the product.

Where it lives

Data is stored in US-based data centers with encryption at rest and in transit. Backups are encrypted and retained for 30 days.

Subprocessors

Infield relies on a small set of infrastructure providers to deliver the service — cloud hosting, email delivery, error reporting, and speech-to-text transcription. A current list is available on request.

Your rights

You can export or delete your data at any time from account settings, or by emailing privacy@tryinfield.com. We honor GDPR and CCPA data subject requests.
