Delete your account
Applies to the Infield mobile app and tryinfield.com
Infield accounts are created for you by your company’s administrator, so deleting one is a request they complete rather than something that happens the moment you tap a button. You can start that request in either of the ways below, and you do not need access to the app to do it.
From inside the app
Open Infield, go to Profile, and tap Delete account. That files the request with your company’s administrator and shows as pending until they action it. You keep access in the meantime.
By email
If you can no longer sign in, email hello@tryinfield.com from the address on the account and tell us you want it deleted. We confirm the request with your company’s administrator before acting on it, because the account belongs to their workspace.
What gets deleted
Deleting the account permanently removes:
- Your sign-in credentials and the account itself
- Your profile — name, email, phone number, photo, and role
- Comments you have written and @-mentions of you
- Your push notification tokens and notification settings
- Your personal goals and targets
What your company keeps
Infield is a tool your employer runs, and the sales records created in it are their business records rather than personal data about you. These stay with the company, with your name detached from them:
- Companies and contacts you created or edited
- Notes, visits, and voice note transcripts
- Tasks, deals, and calendar appointments
If you believe a record still holds personal information about you after your account is gone, write to us and we will look at it individually.
How long it takes
Most requests are actioned by the company administrator within a few business days. If yours has not been completed after 30 days, email hello@tryinfield.com and we will complete it directly. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone — an account cannot be restored once removed.
