A seat is one active user. Admins and reps are counted the same. We count the seats in use on your billing date and charge for those — nothing to reconcile in between, and you're never billed for someone who hasn't accepted their invite yet.

Yes — 14 days with full access. We ask for a card when you sign up so your workspace is ready the moment the trial ends, but you are not charged until day 15. Cancel any time before then and you pay nothing.

Your card is charged for the seats you're using and the account carries straight on — no interruption, no re-setup. We email you before it happens.

From Billing in your dashboard, any time, without talking to anyone. Cancel during the trial and you're never charged. Cancel later and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
