Pricing questions
How are seats counted?
A seat is one active user. Admins, managers, and reps are all counted the same. You can add or remove seats at any time from the admin dashboard.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days, full access, no credit card required. If Infield isn't right for your team, walk away.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves 15% versus monthly. Enterprise plans are billed annually by default.
What happens if we go over 29 seats?
We'll move you to Enterprise pricing with volume discounts, dedicated onboarding, and priority support. No surprise bills — we'll reach out before anything changes.
Can I pay by invoice / ACH?
Enterprise plans can pay by invoice. Team plans are credit card only.
